I am embarrassed to go, what if someone that I know finds out?

We are committed to your confidentiality.  We are happy to discuss with you our commitment to confidentiality.  Please give us a call.

What do I do when I get there?

Please arrive a couple of minutes before your session, please take a seat in the chairs in the waiting room.  We will come to meet you and take you into the office.

What will happen in the session?

We will take time to discuss the nature of your concern, anything that has gone on recently, how you are feeling, as well as discuss any desired topics or outcomes that you would like to address in the session.

Is there a couch?

All humour aside, we do often get asked this question! There is comfortable furniture (yes, even some have couches), but you do not need to lay on it.

How can I pay?

We accept cash or cheque as methods of payment.

What if I need to cancel?

Please contact us immediately in the event you need to cancel.  Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee.
