“There are many reasons someone could find themselves struggling. Another may never know what obstacles that person had to overcome, or the options they had to choose from. It is through balance, empathy, connection, and knowledge that we can achieve healthy, functional, full lives.
I believe we live in a multi-facetted world where we develop our story, our outlook, and decisions based on numerous perspectives, societal influences, experiences, and genetic factors. This creates a filter or lens through which we view our world and the interactions within it. Just like a movie can be viewed in black and white or in colour, but the experience may be different even though the movie is the same.
Another example may be the categorization of a colour. Let’s pick Salmon. One may say it is red and another sees it as pink, neither is right or wrong. Perspective shapes reality and the narrative we tell ourselves about our life. Sometimes this perspective can create a veil of fog over what is the next step forward, or sometimes we can know something is one way but feel another way. This creates a “stuckness” for us, “Which path do I take when I can’t see either?”. I believe that working together we can clear some of the fog and you can return to the path that works for you.”
