Do you often get a sense that there’s much more to you than what you’re tapping into? That you’re capable of so much more, but feel blocked, or just can’t find the motivation or resources to get where you want to be? At work or in your relationships, this could be showing up as a big sense of distraction — even though you’re doing so much, it seems like you’re getting nowhere. You have high hopes and big dreams, but feel disconnected. Something might feel “off” and it’s hard for you to feel motivated to keep going through motions that no longer seem to make much sense.

Guiding you through introspection and conversation, we’ll work together so you can connect to your values and what you care about most. Identifying what’s worked or hasn’t in the past can better inform how you move forward. My goal is to help you create a roadmap and provide concrete strategies so you can take the steps towards more fulfillment and meaning.

If you’re ready to take action, I’m here to support you in gaining clarity and getting organized so you can move from point A to point B. Being more present in your day-to-day life can lead to greater connection in your relationships and greater success in all that you do. Who I am: I spend a lot of time outside with my dogs, playing guitar (I’m a bit of a metalhead), being near any body of water, and pursuing various fitness related feats. Recently I have moved towards marathons and ultra-marathons and am fascinated by the mental aspect of these events, and am inspired by what we as people are capable of accomplishing if we have the right direction and focus.

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and I have a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and a Bachelors in Health and Physical Education majoring in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University. Prior to transitioning to this field I was a Certified Athletic Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the NSCA, working in sports performance and rehabilitation for just over a decade. I am also a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve. I have a history prior to this field of working with individuals to bring the best parts of them forward, an opportunity that I’d like to have with you as well.

If I can help answer any questions or concerns for you, please feel free to email me at jeff@vividpsychology.com.
