If you’ve found your way here, you may be seeking support. This initial step can feel overwhelming, and I hope to ease your apprehension by sharing a bit about myself. My name is Jade, and I am a fellow human, animal lover, nature admirer, bookworm, and a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta. I work with adult individuals, offering in-person and virtual therapy in Calgary, as well as virtual sessions across Alberta. My practice specializes in supporting those navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and attachment and relationship challenges.

As your therapist, my goal is to hold a warm, inviting, and confidential space where you feel safe to express your emotions, (re)connect with self and others, and build long-lasting, meaningful change. In our sessions, we’ll work holistically to align your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours with your authentic self, as defined by you. All parts of you and every aspect of your lived experience are welcome here. Together, we’ll look to the root of what is causing you distress or keeping you stuck, exploring patterns that may have developed in your personal history or even intergenerationally. Our work will be tailored to your unique needs, with offerings to deepen through experiential, mindful, and embodied processing. Through your vulnerability and commitment, I believe we can create a powerful ripple effect in your life and for future generations.

I hold a Master of Science in Neuroscience and a Master of Counselling Psychology, along with certification in 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Inspired by the art and science of well-being, I integrate principles from neuroscience, mindfulness, and yoga to foster healing and harmony within yourself and in your connections with others. I am trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology and draw influence from somatic, existential, and emotion-focused therapies. I am dedicated to continuous learning and supervision to enhance your journey. My own mindfulness, yoga, and healing practices reflect my commitment to personal growth and authenticity, enabling me to show up for you with genuine presence.
