Moving through life’s challenges takes hard work. I am here to do that work alongside you.
My approach involves true partnership. Together, we will build an honest and caring relationship, explore what is weighing heaviest on you, and create action that moves you closer to a life of peace and meaning.
Empathy is at the core of my work. I am not only here to lend a listening ear, but to deeply understand your unique perspective on wellbeing. Each person brings their own history of hardships and triumphs. Seeing my clients in all of their complexity allows me to help bring forth a vision of change that feels authentic to who you are.
My passion for helping others is deeply personal, as I have worked through adversity in my close relationships and life transitions with the support of other talented professionals. My experience in crisis intervention, sexual abuse, and domestic violence allows me to connect with clients in severe distress and emotional pain. I am also interested in helping people navigate daily struggles with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, relationships, and self-esteem.
I am a practicum student completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University and have experience in the social work sector helping vulnerable individuals navigate crisis and trauma.
