Calgary Trauma and Relationship Therapist
Kristin Carpenter
Registered Provisional Psychologist
“I am inspired by the immense courage shown by those who choose to seek support and take part in the intimate, emotional and beautiful journey that is therapy. “
Life can be messy, stressful, and challenging, I get it. My goal is to show you that you don’t have to walk this journey alone. Sometimes in life we feel as though we are unravelling at the seams, and we have difficulty finding hope and creating change. If you're struggling with processing your emotions, overcoming disordered eating, trauma, or relationship concerns, let me help you.
Therapy should be a safe space and I strive to create an environment where you can share the real and vulnerable parts of yourself while you embark on a path towards healing and reconnecting with your true self.
Just as no two humans are alike, I believe that no two journeys are alike, in life or in therapy. I draw from a variety of different approaches focused on emotions, solutions and acceptance. Working with adults and couples I aim to provide you with a space for you to be yourself and talk through whatever you believe that you need to.
