Each person’s life journey is full of unique experiences and challenges that shape who they are. While some circumstances are beyond our control, I believe in the power of change and growth through self-exploration. My role is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and evolve. Together, we will work towards uncovering strengths, addressing challenges, and fostering meaningful change on your path toward a more fulfilling life.

I have a genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their self-awareness and develop effective tools to navigate relationship challenges. I am committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment, particularly for marginalized and racialized communities. Using a holistic, trauma-informed, and intersectional lens, I strive to create a safe and respectful space for individuals from all walks of life.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Royal University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My educational background, coupled with my passion for supporting others, allows me to bring a deep understanding of human behavior and emotional well-being into my therapeutic practice.

In my work, I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This integrative approach enables me to tailor the therapy process to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, challenges, and strengths.

I am currently accepting clients aged 18 and above who are seeking support for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions.
